Yes — timing matters to set the stage for a good employee experience. While onboarding is easy, we recommend having your client set up their account at least 3 weeks before the intended start date. In that way, your client's employees will have ample time to research a plan that fits perfect for them.
Have a client on a tight timeline? Setup is simple, so that part should be smooth. We’ll just need to make sure employees know they’ll need to choose a plan quickly if they want coverage to begin on the first of the month.
