How does dental & vision work with ICHRA?

Employees can use their ICHRA allowance for vision and dental, as long as there's a health plan linked to it. Meaning, they can't use their ICHRA health benefit dollars only for vision & dental. (Psst, that's an IRS rule, not ours.)
