How do I add a waiting period to an employer’s plan?

To update your employer waiting period, simply send an email to our support team at gallagher@stretchdollar.com. Please make sure to include the name of your company and specify the new waiting period you would like to implement for new hires.

For example, you could request a change from a 30-day waiting period to a 60-day waiting period. Once we receive your email, our team will process the request. The update will be completed and reflected in your account within 48 business hours, and we will send you a confirmation email once it's done.
