What tax reporting is required?
For businesses with fewer than 50 employees, tax reporting is simple. There are just a couple of IRS forms to file each year—and we provide the data needed to complete them every January.
Forms filed with the IRS:
-
Form 1095-B
Reports information about the coverage offered to employees. A form must be filed for each employee who received ICHRA contributions.
-
Form 1094-B
A summary form that includes the total number of 1095-B forms submitted to the IRS.
