Is there a minimum number of employees who need to enroll?

Great news! There are no minimum participation requirements for ICHRA. This means your client can offer an ICHRA even if they only have one employee, or if only one employee needs health benefits.

You can offer an ICHRA to 1, 5, 10, or even 50 of your employees. ICHRAs are available to customers that have 1 employee up to 50.
