Can clients use other dental or vision options other than what's in their ICHRA portal?

Yes, your client can use other dental and vision options!

While Gallagher provides several choices in the portal, we understand they might not be the perfect fit for everyone. If your client finds a different provider they prefer, they can simply purchase the plan directly and then submit their proof of coverage in the portal.

Important note: To use ICHRA dollars toward a dental and vision plan, the employee must have a health plan in place.
