Can I adjust the PEPM fee for a client?

Unfortunately, our fees are set and non-negotiable, as we have carefully designed our pricing structure to be both transparent and straightforward for all our partners and clients.

Here’s a detailed breakdown of how it works:

• Platform Fee: Employers are charged a standard, flat platform fee of $100 per month. This fee covers access to and maintenance of the Gallagher ICHRA Portal.
• Per Employee Per Month (PEPM) Fee: In addition to the platform fee, there is a monthly charge of $25 for each individual employee who participates in the program.

As our valued producer, you will directly benefit from this structure. For every single account you successfully enroll in the Producer ICHRA Portal, you will retain the full $25 PEPM fee. This provides a direct and recurring financial incentive for each successful enrollment you facilitate, rewarding your efforts in growing the platform.
