What is your cancellation policy?

Your client can cancel their ICHRA plan at any time—they’re not locked into a long-term commitment.


If they decide ICHRA is no longer the right fit, they simply need to contact our Customer Service team to request termination. For the smoothest transition—especially if employees are receiving reimbursements—we recommend submitting the request before the 20th of the month, since reimbursements are processed on the 25th.


We’ll guide them through deactivating their account within our platform. This process allows them to:

  • Cancel future billing
  • Stop reimbursements
  • Set an official account closure date

We’ll also communicate directly with employees so they understand any next steps related to their individual health plan coverage.
